财报阅读器（FinReport Reader）Chrome 扩展

1. 适用范围 / Scope

本政策适用于“财报阅读器（FinReport Reader）”Chrome 扩展（以下简称“本扩展”）对数据的处理方式。

This policy describes how the "FinReport Reader" Chrome extension ("the Extension") processes data.

本扩展不提供独立账户系统，不要求你注册账号即可使用主要功能。

The Extension does not provide its own account system and generally works without account registration.

2. 我们处理哪些数据 / Data We Process

2.1 你主动提供的数据

• 公司列表、股票代码、标签等管理数据；
• 你上传或下载到本地的财报文件（如 PDF/HTML）；
• 批注、备注、阅读进度等阅读数据；
• 你在设置页填写的第三方服务配置（如 LLM API 地址/API Key、巨潮凭证）。

2.1 Data you provide

• Company entries, stock symbols, and tags;
• Report files stored locally (such as PDF/HTML) that you upload or download;
• Annotations, notes, and reading progress;
• Third-party service settings you enter (for example LLM endpoint/API key and CNInfo credentials).

2.2 运行过程中产生的数据

• 为完成财报检索/下载而发起的网络请求信息；
• 必要的本地日志与错误信息（用于调试和故障排查）。

2.2 Operational data

• Network requests needed for report search/download;
• Local logs and error messages for debugging and stability.

3. 数据用途 / Purposes of Processing

• 提供财报搜索、下载、阅读、批注、导出等功能；
• 保存你的阅读状态和配置项；
• 在你主动触发时提供 AI 总结/问答能力；
• 改进稳定性与兼容性。

• To provide report search, download, reading, annotation, and export features;
• To retain your reading state and settings;
• To provide AI summarization/Q&A when you explicitly trigger it;
• To improve reliability and compatibility.

4. 存储位置与保留期限 / Storage and Retention

本扩展主要使用浏览器本地存储（如 IndexedDB、chrome.storage.local）。我们不建立你内容的开发者自建集中云端数据库。

The Extension mainly uses local browser storage (such as IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local). We do not run a centralized developer-hosted cloud database for your content.

数据将保留至你手动删除、清空或卸载扩展时为止。

Data remains until you delete it, clear it, or uninstall the Extension.

5. 第三方共享与传输 / Third-Party Sharing and Transfers

我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在你使用对应功能时，数据会按功能需要发送给第三方服务。

We do not sell personal information. Data is sent to third parties only when required by features you use.

可能涉及的第三方类别：

• 财报/公告数据源（例如 cninfo.com.cn、webapi.cninfo.com.cn、eastmoney.com、sec.gov、data.sec.gov、hkexnews.hk）；
• 你自行配置的 LLM 服务提供商（用于 AI 总结和问答）。

Third-party categories may include:

• Report/announcement data sources (such as cninfo.com.cn, webapi.cninfo.com.cn, eastmoney.com, sec.gov, data.sec.gov, and hkexnews.hk);
• LLM providers you configure for AI summarization and Q&A.

如你配置了第三方 LLM API，你提交给 AI 功能的文本与问题将发送至该服务商并受其隐私政策约束。

If you configure a third-party LLM API, text/questions sent to AI features are transmitted to that provider and governed by its privacy terms.

6. 页面注入相关说明 / On-Page Injection Notice

当你主动使用“AI 阅读/注入文本到页面”等功能时，本扩展会将报告文本写入目标网页 DOM，以便 AI 助手读取。

When you actively use features like "AI Reading" or "inject text to page," the Extension may write report text into the target page DOM for AI-assistant readability.

请注意：目标网页的脚本可能读取该内容。请仅在你信任的网站和场景下使用该功能。

Please note: scripts on the target page may read this content. Use this feature only on websites and contexts you trust.

7. 权限使用说明 / Permission Usage

本扩展可能使用 storage、tabs、cookies、scripting、declarativeNetRequest、主机访问权限等，仅用于实现财报获取、阅读与交互功能。

The Extension may use permissions such as storage, tabs, cookies, scripting, declarativeNetRequest, and host access, solely to provide report retrieval, reading, and interaction features.

8. 数据安全 / Data Security

我们采取合理措施减少未授权访问风险，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保管你的设备环境与浏览器配置。

We apply reasonable safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk, but no system is absolutely secure. Please protect your device and browser environment.

9. 你的控制权 / Your Controls

• 你可以在扩展内删除公司、财报、批注等数据；
• 你可以随时修改或移除 API Key/凭证配置；
• 你可以通过卸载扩展停止继续处理。

• You can delete companies, reports, and annotations inside the Extension;
• You can modify/remove API keys and credentials at any time;
• You can stop further processing by uninstalling the Extension.

10. 未成年人保护 / Children's Privacy

本扩展不面向未满 13 岁儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。

The Extension is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

11. 政策更新 / Policy Updates

我们可能因功能或合规要求更新本政策。更新后将修改“最后更新”日期，并在发布页面展示最新版本。

We may update this policy for feature or compliance reasons. The "Last Updated" date will be revised and the latest version will be published on this page.
